Hate, but not for being "organic" (that's OK in my book), rather for using the obnoxious term "organic" to refer to naturally grown products...

The stuff I eat are still made of carbon you know? So, they are still organic... or are they made of silicon and I didn't know?

I did use half quotation marks 'organically grown' which was my using the popular phrase for the subject. This isn't to say I agree with the misnomer, or that I wholly agree with the political and popular take on what organically grown means.

I was trying to temper the idea which I could (undoubtedly) go on for hours about with a basic need to keep it simple.
