Now for a little secret... Get a spray bottle and a bottle of over the counter rubbing alcohol.. Put the rubbing alcohol in the spray bottle. Spray the soles of your feet with the rubbing alcohol - let your feet hang over the bed.

Evaporation will be swifter and lead to more cooling. If it isn't that humid regular water works as well.

Soles of the feet, palms of the hand. How blood flow works and how the human body regulates temperature is by pushing heat to the extremities in the blood flow - cooling those will result in cooling the blood leading to feeling cooler.

In summer, about 15 minutes before going to bed I mist spray the sheets with regular tap water - with the fan on the sheets get nearly fully dry rapidly, but the evaporation cools the bed off... Yes there are a few nights I actually get too warm to sleep - we do get excessively hot temperatures in summer... So waking up and spraying the sheets is a typical thing some summer nights... Still leaves on a little cranky, but you can go back to bed shortly.....

Using a pillow case and a fan one can create a 'swamp cooler' hang the pillow case around the back of the fan (leaving a decent hole for air flow) dampen it with water. As the air flows, the water evaporates causing local cooling of the air. Mind it works about and hour but may be enough to help you to get to sleep.

Date - good, i hate it when people awnser too quickly, especially if the questions important and they just shoot a reply without really listning or understanding

Date! - yes, yes, yes, i love it too. I probably cant think of anything better, i will get till the surfs at my feet and block out everything but the ocean so its like im part of it. Its just magnificent, the angrier the better. I feel like words cant describe it. People who never see it are missing out... domesticated :p dont you love it its dark or near-dark too, then its like a gothic painting.

Date or hate - occasionally i get excited about something and talk a lot very animatedly... and i dont really think...
