I often find that my skin feels too cold to remain bare. Luckily in my bedroom is a large piece of furniture containing various shaped woven goods which can be slipped onto various parts of my body. Date or hate?

If I wake from a bad nightmare, I will fall back into it if I go back to sleep. I must have a "change of venue", meaning go to the couch for 15 minutes and watch tv, to give the brain something else to focus on.
