Wait, ZERO side effects? My legs always twitch as I'm going to sleep when I'm quitting...

Absolutely. Now that my body has adapted to the full dosage of Champix I am getiing absolutely no side (unwanted) effects.

Sleeping normal, eating normal, mood normal, everything as it should be.

Day 14 - As I had previously agreed with my GP, I went back for a check up 2 weeks after starting on Champix - BP 110/70. HR 66 bpm. gained 1/2 kilo so far. He is happy for me to continue and said that if there was going to be any issues with Champix it would be known in the first week.

Mentioned the thirst and dizziness, wasn't the slightest bit concerned because they were intermittent symptoms that have since disappeared.

4 Days since my last smoke and taste is changing, appetite is changing and last night was the first night in over 20 years I have slept the whole night without (remembering) waking up at least once, so I think I am getting a better quality sleep, but I'll be damned if I could sleep past 5am.

I am still waiting for my chest to start breaking up and clearing, not that I am looking forward to it...well I sort of am, but YUK.

Day 17 - No change, 7 days cig free Smile and feeling strong.

Strange cravings though, like fruit and vegetables. Spent today snaking on grapes and apples, couldn't get enough of them. Had a home made ham, cheese and salad wrap for lunch. Apparently this is called health food that I am craving. Wasted $70 on chocolates and lollies to satisfy my cravings Sad
