Mister Tinkles' Poor Man's Meal
(egg casserole)
You can pretty much do anything you want to this, add or subtract from it whatever you have or like/don't like.
Basically, you are just chopping up what you have and adding it to a dozen whipped eggs.
Easy, cheap, and you can pretty much use what you got left in the fridge or pantry..........
Ingredients
1 dozen eggs, whipped and set aside in a bowl
1 lightly greased baking pan (about 9 x 12)
Up to three cups of any chopped, grated, or minced items of your choice
( already cooked meats, cheeses, veggies, spices, herbs, fruits.....)
Directions
Mix chopped/grated/minced items together in with whipped eggs. Stir till blended.
Pour into lightly greased baking pan.
Bake about 350 degrees until top is slightly browned.
