How long have you been working on your Muscle, body?

Just over a year now. Made some progress in that year.. not as much as I'd have liked, but I've given myself 5 years to reach my weight goal, and IF I can continue the way I have should be able to reach it within good time.

i told my best friend in the whole world and she and i have never been closer.

next i want my other best friend > my mom > my brothers > my dad > then the rest of my friends. mile:

I still haven't told my dad.... *whistles*
I told my mum in a letter - and there were lots of tears (I left it next to her bed while she was asleep) and she read it and came and hugged me and said that she knew, not to blame myself, if anyone she was to blame etc. etc. So that was quite nice. mile:

Haha my mate's dad is gay... and so is his brother... and an uncle! And then he is too! Who says it's not in the genes?
