What book are you reading now?

Just started Kraken, by China Mieville. I've enjoyed his other books I've read, particularly Perdido Street Station and The Scar, so looking forward to reading this.

I've got his short story collection, Looking for Jake, at the moment for my leisure reading.

I haven't got much time these days to read what I "enjoy," but I'm working through a re-read of Paradise Lost, and my usual pile of criticism and history.

I don't have Looking For Jake but I intend to get it at some point. I'm really enjoying his writing, it's so 'out of left field', to coin a phrase. Kraken was a quirky and enjoyable read.
