EDIT: Oh and btw, seeing that you like sci-fi, you might want to check out Knights of Sidonia (or Sidonia no Kishi), published by Vertical in English. It's one of the better sci-fi titles from recent years. The setting kind of reminds me of Battlestar Galactica (the solar system having been destroyed and the entire remains of the human race surviving in a gigantic space ship). What also struck me was the lack of plot armor. Central characters can die.

my next book that im starting at work on tues is one i'm really excited about, its called Sherlock Holmes & the fabulous faces - its a book about the Basil Rathbone/Nigel Bruce Sherlock movies and written by Michael A. Hoey who's father Dennis Hoey played inspector Lestrade, lots of inside stories and how they made the films - cant wait

Just finished "City of Thieves" by David Benioff. It's a great novel about Russia during the German invasion in WWII. Very poignant. Now I'm gonna read Miles Davis' autobiography. We'll see how it goes.

I am reading "The Witch's House: Diary of Ellen"

I am really fond of the unpopular horror RPG game called "The Witch's House" It is a game in which you play as a 13 year old girl named "Viola" and you solve various puzzles, while the atmosphere is heavy and disturbing in some cases, it makes you very paranoid and EVERYTHING can and will kill you in the game. There are little hints and such throughout the game, and you read a Diary as you go along.... Personally, this game and series has fascinated me, because at the end... You will learn the truth, which makes you re-think everything, and how it even came to that point. Viola DOES NOT talk at all during the game until the end. The witch's name is Ellen.

The book which I am reading on it is almost like a "Slice of Life" story so far, with many other attributes and minimal paranormal events. So far, but the entire concept of this is NOT the paranormal or even the fact that there is a fictional "Witch" or "Magic powers" but almost entirely different. In fact, the "Witch" appears to be very cute, sweet and innocent. But the story is fascinating. I am very much enjoying it ^^
