You shouldn't have bought a big one to start, if you aren't used to ass-play.

A butt plug is supposed to "stretch" you out, perhaps buy one of those and use it for awhile first?

Okay, thank you for your suggestion! how exactly does one use a butt-plug, though? Like use it during the day? Sorry for the dumb questions, i'm really new to all this!

You can use it in a similar way to how you would use a dildo, it's just designed to help stretch you out with continuous use. Use lube of course and take it easy and it should help. They're not too expensive either, I don't think.
