#1
Welcome! Smile
Some time (about 2 weeks) we started with my boyfriend doing sex (I were bottom; my 1st time), but after about a week some problem appeared...
About one week ago I started to have big constipation and when I defecate blood appears...

It is strange because it started to appear not directly after sex, but couple of days after...

Could anybody please tell me what it can be Sad It is terrible for me Sad

You might have torn something, or maybe a hemmoroid. Get it looked at, don't be that guy that's afraid to tell the doctor he's in pain.

Make sure next time to use plenty of lube, and go slow til you are used to it.

Ehh... It is hard because doctor would know that it is because of sex :/

he/she is a doctor, they see everything all the time. In the US we would call that type of doctor a Proctologist, but you could see a general practitioner as well, and if they think you need to see a specialist they can refer you.

Don't be embarassed, you need to get medical issues addressed.

A general practitioner will be the right doctor to go to for an initial exam. If you need a specialist then the GP will refer you.

There are a lot of things this could be. From a slightly impacted colon (to be crude, having your shit packed/backed up) which results in hardening of the stool that in turn causes tearing/scratching of the colon and rectum walls, to your having polyps which are upset by the sex.

Now if going to doctor and 'telling' is this big of a deal, while I would strongly urge you to see a doctor just to rule out stuff... you can try to 'trouble shoot' the issue, such as using an enema prior to sex to flush out the lower colon.

Fleet Enema http://www.fleetlabs.com/fleet_enema_products.php type prodcts are one time use, however after you use the water bit (as directed) you can 'flush' with a water based lube - basically this will put a lot of lube up there just in case there isn't enough applied to the penis.

If having sex after a cleaning and deep lube like this still leads to constipation and/or bleeding then I strongly urge you to see a doctor.

Due to the timing, and the fact you have constipation, It is probably not an issue related to sex, but that you were/are constipated. Any changes in diet? Doing any drugs like pain relievers (many narcotic pain relievers lead to constipation)? Are you eating enough fiber/drinking plenty of fluids? If any of that applies, then this is a coincidence, not really sex related.

You should go to a doctor (proctologist, gastroenterologist), no question about it. Self medication is always a risk.

Do you feel any pain? This could be an anal fissure, hemorrhoids or something else entirely and only a doctor can say for sure.

If it is an anal fissure, I recommend an ointment called BAG BALM. It's very effective and you can order it on Amazon.

If you are worried about discrimination from a doctor, Berlin probably has at least one gay health clinic. or a community organization that might have a list of gay friendly doctors.
