I remember that I had a panic attack 8 years ago, the day of my driving-licence exam... I completely stuck without understanding anything, and obiously I failed the exam.
Was a bad period, after over one(?) year of psychopharmacological treatment...
And probably I had few, or many others panic attacks in the past, but I don't remember cause I removed from my mind a lot of things from those years. Or I don't know that were panic attacks.
I think if you have also only a similar problem, you may have other more complicated problems, maybe hidden.
