IT question. Anyone Thunderbird savvy??
#1
I use Thunderbird to write e-mails and specifially I use Comic Sans as a font because it's very easy to read, especially for dyslexics which I am very slightly.

My problem is that I have set Comic Sans as my default font and I can start an e-mail perfectly well and continue for a paragraph or so and then suddenly the font changes to something else completely different and I have to change to Comic Sans manually and from then on, each new paragraph does the same, it changes font.

Does anyone have any brilliant ideas how to solve this problem. Even my IT expert hasn't been able to fix it so far.

Sounds like a bug in the software that is changing it back. Perhaps filing bug report with Mozilla may get you some answers. I used it in the past and never had that happen.

Thanks Ekwarph. Unfortunately some of the solutions given there are way beyond my level of competency. However, I will pass it on to my IT expert and see if he can make sense of it.

I would suggest you switch to Microsoft Outlook.
