Receiving... How?

OrphanPip Wrote:They are also more flexible and able to stretch more easily, there is also no sphincter (which is where most of the pain of anal sex comes from) at the entrance which is designed specifically to prevent stuff from going up it. The flexibility of the vagina is evident by the fact that it can pass a baby through it (though often with tearing involved), which would be impossible with the tissue of the anus.

i know they're more flexible . the implication of PA's post was that a vagina is never ever as tight as an anus , and that a vagina can't even be called "reasonably tight"

yeah it can pass a baby through it , but only after hours of contractions . it takes a loooong time to stretch it that much ~~

Absolutely, and what's more they have a way of working that makes the penetration experience easier and warmer by engorging with blood. The anus does nothing of the sort.
Megumi, what wording would you like me to use so that you're not offended; I did not say that vaginas were loose, but they can loosen quite a bit more than an anus, especially during delivery. That's what they are designed for. Anuses, are designed not to be loose at all.

You are reading too much into my words, no such implication was made. Just that the two organs' functions were quite different. Fortunately, anuses can also loosen up, otherwise we'd be in pretty deep sh*t!! Wink I will re-read (although I did that originally) my post and re-word it if necessary. I didn't imply anything disparaging, and you should know me better than that, Megumi.... Bighug

I don't like the feeling of being penetrated back there. You really have to be careful too because the receiving partner in anal sex has the highest risk of contracting HIV. Always use a good condom. Also if not done right you could do a lot of damage to the delicate tissues inside the rectum. AS for poppers,NO 100%.Don't mess with that stuff. Besides there are a lot of other ways to satisfy each other sexually.Don't make anal sex a huge priority. Don't do it because you feel you have to.Do it because you like it,safely and carefully of course. The fact that it hurts a lot of the time even with practice means it really isn't worth the risk.I know when I have sex I want to feel pleasure, not pain.

You are entitled to your opinion, of course.

However, millions of experienced bottoms like myself enjoy anal on a regular basis, safely, with or without relaxation aids such as poppers of a couple shots of whiskey.

Although caution is ALWAYS advised, these things are not as fragile as some would like us to believe.

Rushing in dry or without foreplay is never a good idea, even in heterosexual coupling. But with foreplay, lubrication, and appropriate care, anal sex can provide pleasure that is simply unattainable through any other form of stimulation.

I myself am frequently brought to tears by the sheer pleasure of it. I certainly wouldn't want to persuade anyone that it's "not worth it", especially when those of us who are experienced can help those who wish to indulge.

So a penis will probably be safer than any artificial object. The head of the penis is particularly susceptible to deflation, and so are the cavernous parts. What's more, a penis is warm, which will make the experience easier. Having something cold thrusted inside you generally makes your sphincters tighten up. It's a reflex reaction, I guess. To prove my point, try freezing your dildo, plug or toy or keeping it in the fridge (clean of course and in a polythene bag), try inserting it, you'll see what I mean.

actually, now that you've mentioned temperature....I used to warm my toys up in a warm water bath, or place them on the baseboard heater for a few seconds (careful now!!).

Nothing beats the real thing, of course!

Plugs function differently than dildoes, or actual intercourse, for that matter...the sensation or discomfort of having something simply sit inside will feel different than having a guy going to town on your ass, literally and figuratively.
