Every time I see anything about it my heart stops. I'm super excited but I'm also nervous. I have my hopes up so high and it would be a hard crash if I'm disappointed.

I've been paying really close attention to this too. I really hope I'm not just putting too much hope into this just to be disappointed. Politics honestly frighten me and this is no different.

From what I've read it seems likely the decision will go our way, but may be limited in scope. Due to the tenth amendment a ruling that strikes down a law in one state doesn't necesarily effect a law in another state. The key however is that it establishes precedence, and that can give lower court judges reasons to make rulings in favor in later cases.
