Focaccia

I've just made some focaccia topped with black olives, rosemary and extra virgin olive oil. Took it out of the oven just a little while ago and I'm eating a big slice with my salad. Mmmmmmm! Now you can all drool!

Enjoy your meal.
My partner has been making fun of me and my "love" for olives. 20 years ago he offered me olives. His strange smile should have warned me. He says that the expression of my face when I realized that the fruit was salty, was priceless.
He was lucky we were still in our honeymoon period Big Grin
Soo, are they still salty, or can I give it another try? Smile

They definitely come under the heading of "savoury" so they are not sweet. However, the saltiness will depend on the olive and how it has been preserved. Some are more salty than others.
