Amazing business idea but don't know how to implement it

I have this amazing idea for a multi million dollar online business but I don't how to implement it.

It's a sex drug that improves erections and I know it works because I have already tried it. Basically, it's Viagra and another ingredient.

Viagra's patent will expire in 2020, so that shouldn't be a problem.

BUT:

a) How do I make the drug? Are there companies that produce custom made drugs and are thet reliable?

b) How do I protect my invention? I believe patents cost millions.

c) How do I market it online? (This one's the easiest, I suppose)

Call your countries patent offices and see what it costs.

For me and my idea that I would like to see implemented, it would cost me $3500 to get it patented or at least certified legally, so nobody could steal the idea from me.

Once you get that done (if it hasnt been done before), you then can take your idea to drug companies.
Get their opinions on it and go from there.

If its a drug, you have ZERO chance of marketing it by yourself. The costs of getting drugs (i.e. Medicine) certified as fit for humans by the various government agencies would bankrupt most small countries.

I will only be using approved substances, so maybe that shouldn't be a problem. Or I could sell it as a supplement.

Once my customers try this product, their loyalty is guaranteed. I'm very confident about it.

There's many ways to make a living. Why jump to extremes like this? Many people make plenty of well-earned money through means other than get-rich-quick schemes or porn.
