For me it is much to warm here .... I would like to live in Norway... or Iceland ...

It is very nice to see more people from France here ... I always wonder why there are only a few people from France in the net ...

From the few I know/see, I like the nordic mentalities. It seems to me less superficial than the southern Europe mentalities. I might be wrong, cause I say that only from my own impression.

That's suprizing what you are saying about the fact there's no French people in the internet.
I saw some users from France in this forum. Maybe not dozens and dozens but still.

I don´t know @ superficial, but I think the people are more peaceful, the further north you go, but more Community you comes to the south. Here - in the Harz-Mountains - we have a saying... if a man yawns at monday morning he has said all important things for the week

I live in France, and my dental surgeon speaks English. He causes me pain in two languages.

But I do believe Europe, in general, is far more cultured, appreciates the arts more and has a much higher level of education than the U.S. You could say I am very pro-Germany.

Also, I used to be politically-aligned with Socialism when I was younger. I see that many European countries are Democratic-Socialist. I like that.

100% agree with this. Don't get me wrong, I love the U.S., but Europe (especially Holland) seems sooo much more open minded, down to earth, free!, and educated from what I have seen. I've been to Holland, Germany, Austria and Sweden.

*Also, Holland is western Europe, not northern. Not sure about Germany. The Scandinavian countries are northern, though.

It is good ... but it could be much better and faster ... but with our current government I don´t think that it will change fast... we get out rights, but not from the government... we get it by the Federal Constitutional Court in time... and I think thats not the best way.
