I keep dreaming that I'm sexually attracted to women

When men sleep, they get erections. So often in my dreams, I believe that women are causing that. I often test to see if I'm attracted to women IRL (I have OCD) and it transfers over to my dreams.

Last night, it got really aggressive. I dreamed that I got turned on by a very explicit lesbian porno and I wish this would stop happening. I'm not bi, I'm gay.

Ok Dreams are weird things - I often have this dream where I am in a red car driving down a desert road, I see a woman standing by the side of the road hitchhking. I stop, she leans into the passenger window and says 'I can be anything you want'.

Suddenly I have a gun in my hand and I say 'How about dead?' and I shoot her in the face.

Does this mean I'm actually looking to murder some random woman while driving in the desert?

Or is it just my brain being silly and giving me yet one more thing to wake up screaming about?

Hard call to make.

One this that is for certain, if you obsess on a thing while awake, your brain will continue obsessing about it while you sleep.

I do that way too often and end up having dreams to nightmares about the crap that bothers me through the day.

So your dreams are really not an indication of your sexuality, but are an indication that you are thinking way too much about subjects which for you most likely don't apply.

I tend to wake up in the middle of the night and more often than not I'll have massive boners....whether I've been dreaming or not...about...you know..

Anyways, dream will just be dreams. You said yourself you where transfering your obsessive conscious thinking into your sleep...so there you go!

I've dreamt about taking a girl's bra off and going right to bussiness...consciously, I still don't like girls sexually at all..doesn't mean anything..

I often have recurring dreams that get me waking up in tears or shouts or both, some are memories, some are simply just dreams about unreal situations.

Dreams are just that...ways your CNS has to help you deal with stuff you can't on a concsious level....if we go Freudian, they're potent self-defense mechanisms for the "ego"
