When I joined omg gurl, I was so wide-eyed and naïve and such a gurl, but then quickly grew a spine and became the strong, buff man that I am today
.... So that was an obvious lie, I mean, I did start off kind and sweet, as at that time, I hadn't had to go out into the world on my own and when I did, it wasn't easy off the bat and I quickly formed into the person I am today. I mean, I'm still kind, caring and all that crap :p , but I just have a more blunt, honest and real approach to life. You would see this in real life as well, I don't got time to bull shit :\ The only thing different about me people would notice in real life, as opposed from here or any videos, is that I actually am probably more calm than I may come off here, but that's only cause I ever play around a lot, but my attitudes and stuff is 100% the same . Here's my intro post... obviously, everyone thought I was as crazy then, as I am now -.- . Mai Intro post :p and yes, that story is actually based off of real life, the Best Friend many might see me mention every so often and a friend of mine who is still my friend, reunited again <3 . Just all made into a cute story :p But see how sweet and wide-eyed I was?... I know right -.-

As for other peeps, It's just what it is.
They Stay, they Stay, they don't they don't. I treat everyone the same, so I don't think I think some way with new persons... Maybe I'm alittle more open and welcoming, but that's about it

Lately I've just been wondering who is or is not a returning troll.

Wade Wrote:I'm curious, in what way are were they different? Well, in that forum there were some people who would always start issues and would troll on perfectly fine normal topics. They would always talk a big game about either being popular or would proclaim to be wiser than the rest and have this, 'better than though' persona online. But since it's for a type of music scene, when there were events people would always have meet up's and actually talk to each other irl and get to know one another on a more personal level. Most of the those trolls and shit talkers are so socially awkward they either don't speak a word or they never confronted those people they 'shit-on' online and pretty much just stand off to the side. And the people who were quiet on the Forums turned out to be the more social irl and were generally nice and had a lot to put on the table. As for me I pretty much acted as a mod in those forums. Was offered a mod position for one of the Rooms, but I declined cause I'd have to be on at ALL times to answer questions and be pretty much welcoming committee, but I pretty much did that anyways on there, lol I just didn't want it to become 'work' and later end up hating it. I pretty much acted the same when I saw everyone of the members at the music events. I introduced people together, chatted, etc.. etc.. I'm sure it's not the same for most, but this is just what I've noticed during the years I've been a part of an online Forum/community... ;D

I thought southbiochem had been around for muuuuch longer  is that good or bad? .......... here's hoping I didn't do something wrong... well, not long ago I was that new guy...quite frankly I still am (pausing to bow to older members) I was having trouble sleeping thinking "what are people going to think of me", so I try to not form an opinion of new members... I've gotten to talk to a few ones older and newer than me, and it's going well, if new members can do the same, cool, if the post to no end, cool, if they leave...well, they leave then, nothing to do about it mile:

I don't care what people thought of me.
However what did I think of Gayspeak? it is a lot more restrained and approachable for people than some of the other gay forums out there (most are fairly crude and have a big clique thing going on).

I'm not so much in the forums as I am in the chatroom. I'm mostly a lurker. But I thought you'd stay around Arkansota. Also I like that you got a different view. I like most people here. |
