many have found to be just as harmfull as tobbaco and are to be banned in public places, its already happening some places here and is set to happen in france where e-cigs is a booming industry, after new studys. i tried one and it tasted horrible and made me a little light headed. There was also outrage at new flavours of e-cig, strawberry, chocolate etc being sold at a childs toy shop.

My partner uses e-cigs.

He was on 20 regular cigs a day, now he is on 3 plus the e-cigs. I know what I would rather smell :-)

I prefer tobacco - I roll my own (usually) - can't see the need for vapors and odd flavors outside of tobacco.

I tried the E-cig, it just wasn't pleasing.

many people at work are giving up smoking and using e-cigs. how bad are they compared to actual smoking though ? are they the lesser of 2 evils as long as they only use them short term to quit totally

I don't think they plan on banning them, if anything they're more than likely planning on making them medical devices under the law since they're afraid of minors buying them freely online. Also they need to regulate their manufacture and sale for safe use by the public, since they should be classed as medical devices... I mean even bandages are technically medical devices. mile:
