Me and my boyfriend have been together for three years I am 19 and my boyfriend is 66 we've been together since I was 16 and he was 63 and we love each other so much I moved in three months after getting together. My problem is that a lot of people in college have been asking me 'Is he a gold digger?' and I do not know what to say, a few of my close and personal friends have met him and they believe that if you love someone then you stick by them no matter what.

We have had a few ups and downs but we've managed to overcome them and commit ourselves to each other, last month he proposed to me and I said yes so as you know I feel so much happier knowing I will be with him forever, he is my everything.

Do you believe that having a partnered life with someone who is 47 years older than me?

There will always be people who can't understand the attraction you have for your "soon to be Husband". They are not the one's who are in this relationship, you are,,,, so don't worry about what other people think.

My husband and I have been together 37 years, and there's a 20 year age difference between us. The only draw back is my husband will most likely die before I do, and I'll be left alone in this big house without him by my side. I am not looking forward to that day, but the years we spent together and the great memories will always be with me.

When you love someone - age doesn't matter. I wish the two of you the best, and hope you create many happy memories together.

Which is to say that if you are happy with what you got then there ain't anything wrong.

There is nothing wrong with a big age gap. As long you guys are happy it doesn't matter.
