Douche Problems?

Hey,

So I've been looking around on the net trying to see if i can find anything that relates to the problem I'm having and i can't so I'm helping someone on here may be able to help me. ( Kinda embarrassing :oops: )

I'm in a relationship and I'm the bottom and before sex i always like to douche to make sure I'm clean. Lately when i douche most of the time my douche just does not seem to come out clean even after a few flushes

Have no idea why or what could be causing it, I'm a fit guy and not overweight, i don't smoke or drink and health is great.

Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions on what i could do to fix this problem as its starting to make me get sexually frustrated!!

Try adding psyilium husk to your diet. You can find it at any health food store.

It's just a great source of natural fiber--or bulk. No calories, no fat, nothing. Just bulk.

It will help keep your digestion very clean. So clean you won't even need to douche, unless you enjoy that.
