I cant believe you have never seen that stuff before! Did you never watch tv or movies when you were little?
Being "double jointed" or a "human slinky" was popular back then for entertainers, especially lower level or local entertainers. I remember seeing that kind of stuff when I was little, watching all those black and white musicals or variety shows on tv.
Next time you see a magician "saw a woman in half".............keep this dexterity in mind.
He's old enough to have invented that style of dancing, and sadly, old enough to forget doing that. So yeah I get why he is so 'astonished' - just humor the old boy....:tongue:

Besides at his age, he most likely will forget what I said in about three minutes and go back to recalling some past experience from 1878 when he was a young man of 20. Alzheimer's being what it is.
