straight guys mixed signals

i feel like most of the time my straight friends tell me that tons of gay men hit on them/ ask if they are gay... you know and i understand why, they are always friendly, like when im around them i feel straight lmfao if that makes sense.

do you ever get mixed signals from straight guys??? do you feel a they are flirting with you?

i did with this one guy in my uni class. he would always go over questions or ask me for help with assignments. he asked for my number and when he would call my mom would ask me who and ide answer some guy whos checking me out lol. when he called and she answered the following week she asked him if he thinks im a piece of meat lol. he was like im straight lmfao. its strictly platonic..

I think that has happened to every gay person at least once. It's so hard to tell who's gay and who's being friendly, actually there's a youtuber called davey wavey that did a short blog about that. It's good because it's more gay friendly people in the world and bad becuase all the hot straight guys being polite is enough to make a gay person go mad.

Yeah i find it funny when really sad straight guys always talk about gay guys coming onto them... because there male and were gay that MUST mean we fancy them.

There are a few straight dudes out there who are very touchy..and they almost feel guilty about it..

Yeah, I've met a few straight guys who are like what you've
described.

There's a possibility [although slim] that they might either be
gay or just curious.

But I think most of the time gay guys just read way too much into
it. I can say that because I know I did, I took every little action that
my straight guy friend's did and read way too much into it and it didn't
do me any good in the end.

I used to be so sensitive with that type of stuff, specially with straight
guy friends who I have a crush on. Now, I just shrug it off and I don't really
read too much into it unless I know there's something there to prove it otherwise.. lol

some younger gay guys use stereotyping to try and find guys because we haven't the experience to spot if a guy is gay or not. also this doesn't work as some straight guys have some of the qualities of the gay stereotype, i have two straight friends like that.
