My doctor prescribed me Viagra

But yet I am only a guy, I do want the pleasure of having a blowjob, I do want to rub one out while watching porn and I too want to be able to get erect. Is it on my "must have" list? No. But there are a lot of things denied to me that most people take for granted, if there was a lil pill that could give me one of them, I'd take it.

I'm not a doctor and I know nothing about MS but I do know that the nervous system plays an essential role in sex: erections start in the brain and it is the parasympathetic nervous system that carries those signals to the genitals to produce an erection.

In the case of ED caused by MS the problem probably lies here, so you probably need something to stimulate your parasympathetic system. The sympathetic nervous system, by the contrary, mediates ejaculation and detumescence. This is why men go soft immediately after ejaculation: too much sympathetic activity in the penis.

And this is why, when I took phentolamine before sex, I used to keep my erection even after ejaculation - which always impressed my sexual partners but I never told them my little secret. Wink
