I don't think there has or ever will be another event like WWII, it was the ultimate conflict and the good war, depending on what side your on, maybe more appropriate to the say the necessary war, not like WWI where we was "muddled" into war, and such amazing photos and even colour film and footage. The "world at war" series is probably the best ever made even though its black & white.

Well, when WW3 gets here, it will make those pictures look like heavenly vacation spots.
The warfare weapons nowdays can annihilate anything in its path, turning everything into ash, including buildings. Unless you are at least 100 feet underground, you wont be protected.

Modern weapons are biological - where they can kill organisms (living things/people) and the biological agent dies off after a few days, leaving all of the buildings in tact.
Nuclear weapons dissolve anything in its blast radius.
Laser weapons can destroy precise targeted areas.
And then there is the EMP weapons, which interrupts/destroys anything that is electronic.

Im sure they have tons of other fun "toys" that they dont tell anyone about.

If anybody start WW3, it will be that Dumb Dick Ding Dong Jong in N. Korea.

I have an idea..........

Lets load up our biggest air carriers with prisoners: murderers, rapists, thieves, politicians, etc... fly them over N. Korea and dump them there. If all the countries of the world do that, then they will be so busy with that, they wont have time to have that mental nut job thinking about nuclear weapons.
