I haven't installed a mod for a long time...

It looks really good though, I might try it. Is it one of those really big mods that change the entire game play?

Yes it adds a lot of RPG elements such as dungeons, Staffs, new armor, pirate ships, castles, floating islands, new animals ect...

ooh sounds like terraria actually
