I got everything I wanted for Christmas: some time with my family.

My husband and I bought a 65 inch Samsung flat screen TV and a Sony sound system to go with it,,, as a present for each other. It's nice buying just one thing for both of us,,, that way we don't have to try figuring out what the other wants and then hiding the presents from each other until Christmas.

Our neighbor lady gave us a couple hundred dollars and two small gifts. My small gift was "Aramis Deodorant" which is lovely,,,,, but I wonder if she was hinting at something (smile).... And my husbands small gift was a NORPRO Commercial Potato Ricer. I gather it smashes potato's and a few other things....

All in all,, it was a nice quiet Christmas at my home.

my best gift was a mug from my sister ,, its covered in with pictures of our bull dog called Tubs who we lost a couple months ago - got some horror movie books cos Im a bit of a horror buff ,,,just loads of stuff that people really put effort into finding gifts that id love - and tomorrow sisters kids are coming so I get massive hugs too - now that's the best ever
