Most likely no. I don't watch much TV, and I didn't bother with Queer as Folk after seeing one episode which was in my mind nothing more than barely soft porn.

I watched the first episode the last night, I think it is promising. It is pity, the first episode is very short, just thirty minutes.

For the moment, the serie is more soft than "Queer as Folk" and less caricatural.

I look forward to see more.

I just binge-watched the first three episodes.. I'm not sure how I quite feel about the series yet. It's just OK, but not great. I'm going to give it a few more episodes before I give up on it completely.

I have yet to find ANY gay series/show that portrays average guys, who are just human beings, and not blatant over-blown stereotypes.

Queer as Folk, the UK version was close, but still.....
The American version was bad. The ONLY normal human character in that series was Hal Sparks' character....who. by the way, is straight in real life.
