No i get it… yes that is rather odd, do you live in topsy turvy world or somthin :p

This lot extends halfway into the Tuolumne River. That river is pictured in my attachment. Zoom in and see the people, you get an idea of how high up the majority of the property is. (80-100 feet above the water, depending on the season.

Anyway, when structures were built along this side of the road, everyone wanted a river view (it is why they bought the property) thus main houses are all sitting on the edge, a few even hang over that cliff. :eek:

When my house was towed into place (yes I live in a trailer) the main house wasn't as extensive as it is now, and there were far fewer trees, so the trailer was put in a position to enjoy the view - a little.

Whilst today I look out the front window I see trees and the new living room to the main house, back in the day it was a clear shot view of the oak woodlands across the river.

BTW, the ants across the river are people. In winter that area where they are standing is under about 10 feet of water - well most winters, this winter they didn't release much water due to the drought.

I suspect that we may lose most of the river this year with the drought.... Thus giving me more land to clear, mow, blow, rake - fuck-it.....:biggrin:

I have about 5 steps to do to go from my bed to the kitchen part. Way too much, I stay in my bed. :p
