I don't suppose BBC Radio 4's Woman's Hour is normal listening for many on here, but I had to smile at the end of a discussion this week on the serious rise in sexually transmitted infections in men over the age of fifty. It was suggested that the men presenting at GUM clinics "under-reported" the incidence of men having sex with other men. Linda Macdonald from the Terence Higgins Trust said that the clinic had a special phrase to describe this,

"Never trust a smiling heterosexual"!
