Where having our first luncheon at El Centro on Thursday!
We have 3 classes at El Centro that put it on:
International Cuisine/ American regional (they switch every other semester)
Quantity Bake shop
And dining room service, the class I'm in.
The one or two people from each the Baking/Culinary class come up with the menu and the Maître of the dining room makes every thing nice and pretty.
