wet or dry

Hey guys, i need everyone's opinion on a debate me and my boyfriend are having. My boyfriend is very picky about how dry my lips are when we kiss. He says that no one likes it when you kiss them with damp lips. I think he's crazy. Kisses between lovers should be a little moist. Now I'm not saying that they have to be dripping wet but like when you lick your lips or when you take a sip of soda. What is your opinion on the matter? Do you like your kisses bone dry or a little moist.
