Hmm, I remember this from before. The strongest password I use, on the most important things, is 16 characters, with lower case, upper case, symbols, and numbers. This would take 12 trillion years according to your site.
By comparison, the least complicated password I use, would take 6 minutes. Ouch.
I have 4-5 passwords, I don't use the same one for everything, because I worry if someone discovers one they may try that password for my other accounts.
Mine says 157 billion years. It's got 2 capital letters, 4 symbols and a total of 16 characters!
For my easiest password, it says it'll take 0.0000025 seconds, which I plan to change soon anyway!
For the password I normally use, it says 344 thousand years.
For my newest password, it says 14 sextillion years.
Seems I'm set for life!
(I should change the one I use for this site though! It says 52 seconds!)

Anyway even after everything you mentioned there is ways and means to get that old information, i will destroy it… sorry you havent changed my mind… its not worth it.
Thats fine. Its your phone.
I would still have it reset to factory specs though, before you destroy it.
HOW do you destroy it though? Just breaking it apart does no good.
The best way to destroy a phone, is to sit a strong magnet on it for a few minutes.
The magnet will effectively destroy the phone to non-working device. Or so I have been told by "experts".

Really? I read that the iPhones were the easiest to break into.
They are so common around the world, that this is the phone that criminals prefer to hack into.
If they can break into an iPhone, then other phones are no problem.

Wise move. I only use the most secure password for my most sensitive sites.

I have nothing to worry about either! its not the point, you yourself say you would prefer to destroy it than sell it so by that reasoning you have something to worry about… No.
I have passwords for different emails/account types. I use a basic one for most things that dont really have any important info......and just change it up a tiny bit for different sites.
I keep them all logged in a small notebook, so I can keep track of them.
Only websites that I use frequently that have important info on them get their own specialized logins and passwords...........like electricity, insurance, ebay, etc....

The only things on my 'phone. are telephone numbers and some very boring and innocent text messages. I never use my 'phone. to search the Internet. I have a computer for that.
