From a stealth point of view of not attracting predators it has to be cats.

Neat.
Difference is, that cats have barbs or "hard hairs" on their tongues and dogs don't.
These barbs are meant for cleaning and separating fur, but they also catch food and water.
Although the dog was lapping up water with a curled tongue, the cat has the barbs on its tongue to help with catching food and liquids.
I think this demonstration was not too accurate, as each animal, like each human, eats a little differently. They should have done a inquiry with several different breed cats and dogs.
