Second of all, yes Sweden has a social liberalist system, pretty much, but it doesn't work as intended. The free market and its private institutions aren't being properly regulated by the government, which has caused some quite severe problems. In the upcoming election you'll pretty much have to choose between:
1. Giving power to more socialist political parties that will oppose privatizations and regulate society more thoroughly. This will be a large obstacle financially, but a lot of fundamental problems, in education for example, would disappear. At the expense of taxpayers of course.
2. Giving power to the political parties that currently rule. This essentially means that financial prospects and freedom of choice will improve severely, whilst some of the fundamental problems remain unregulated.
It's pretty much a struggle to find the ruling side that will bring amount the least amount of damage; a struggle that obviously comes with high amounts of political apathy.
