I think your complaining reached over here, it was 28°C here today when it's usually around 12°C. This is as close as we'll get to Christmas in July.

I've been hearing from peeps there in US and also in UK that december temperatures this year have been abnormally high.

in my part of the country, it's been frigid! yesterday, it was 17F in the morning! are you freaking kidding me!!!!! that's below freezing and fortunately my pipes were not frozen.

then in vegas, the wind is howling! it's 49F but the wind is like feeling into the low 30s.

last xmas it was a sorta white Christmas in clark county. the mountains and several parts around the valley were getting a dusting of snow flurries. granted not enough to make a snow man but still!

nothing on my mind that's any fun (which worries me) I cant get motivated to laugh or even enjoy gaming on xbox today ....even just watched Scrooged on tv with my dog laid on me and I only managed a bit of a smile - and I love that movie too !! hopefully by typing this down may shed this mood from my brain

that's something id like on my personal cv too , go for it mate - lots of hard work but the buzz of completing it must be so good

Hope you manage your targets buddy , im sure there will be lots of ups and downs along the way but if you keep the goal in mind it can be done - even if you don't manage the triathlon in the end im sure the training will change your physique anyway ..
as sad as it may seem - im actually proud of doing chin ups now , never been able to do them before but I kept going on the weight assisted machine to build up,,,gave me a real buzz to do some
