I think it is odd that I can push some things out of mind like yesterday's news so easily, but other things things that ought to be yesterday's news I find difficult to stop dwelling on.

Indeed, and that's easier said than done of course. The mind really can be a hinderance sometimes.

I was at the gay advisory centre today and came home with a list of psychotherapists.

We talked for a while and he made a good observation, that I am very afraid of making mistakes, and need feedback from someone else, on anything I'm insecure about.
This is probably the thing behind my fear of sex and work.

Will start contacting therapists later next week!

I've been going through soup dumpling withdrawal. Tomorrow I will finally get my fix.

I just found out my neighbour who i have been helping and assisting for a long time as passed away, no family as made and appearance up to now. I have a early birthday card from her that cam a few days ago, that is a treasure for me to keep, also the memory of sitting on the kitchen floor the other night holding her and and seeing her smile at me. :')

She as been through the wars over the past few weeks, i am disgusted the hospital sent her home having smashed her face in when she fell and its just gone down hill from there onwards. I will remember that little laugh she and and smile.
