What's on Your Mind
Yeah that it is, I do 10 hour days....but I also get Friday and the weekend off so it is a fair trade...

Vaccine definitely got me tired and wanting to go back to bed....

How long did the effects last? My mom got approved for it and she's worried. I'm trying to tell her it'd be quicker to recover than if she actually caught it

Most people who have a reaction get it on the second shot, it can last up to 3 days.

@Chase It depends, I have heard one day, some people longer, some people don't notice much of anything. And yes like @CellarDweller says it is MUCH better to get the vaccine than to get COVID, some people take months to recover or have organ damage.

Right now, I feel pretty rough, definitely should have taken the day off.

You can always show her pictures of people connected to assisted ventilation, you know, something that could potentially happen if she gets it without being vaccinated.

In any case my parents are off for the second dose on the 19th. One less thing to worry about I hope.

Oh yeah so the effects of the 2nd shot lasted for a day, so basically you feel poopy for a day

I’ve had my first shot (Pfizer) 10 days ago and I still feel achy (head, legs, lower back mostly) tired and w/o energy.

I was told my strong reaction (lasting 3 days) was a combination of both my strong immunity health habits and having been previously positive though asymptomatic.

Well that is good, hopefully that mean you won't have to worry about getting it again.
