I didn't even think about that ...sounds like a good idea. I wonder why they don't allow it? Maybe thinking about fraud?

I think it should be legal...period.

Why not? It is gluten free! And me too despite never trying it. I don't see how it's worse than tobacco or booze.

Oh, and I am resting after cooking up a storm. I made us honey buckwheat pancakes for breakfast, and then after errands I made an eggplant ricotta bake for tonight, prepped tandoori chicken for tomorrow night, and rice pudding.
