Yeah, even if I wanted a burger, it won't be at McDonalds. I get one every 6 months or so. I go to either Five Guys, Blanc, or Smashburger.

Also, In my research, if I remember correctly, McD's "beef" and "chicken" nuggets are made up of about 46% tvp or textured vegetable protein, aka tofu or soybean paste, combined with pink slime and chicken byproducts and a slew of other ingredients as coloring, fillers, flavorings , emulsifiers, preservatives etc., there probably is very little actual meat in their "beef" and "chicken".

Just keep in mind that we can get health probs from being underweight. Be careful what you wish for.

No issue with being underweight. Just attempting to get down to a more correct and (to me) visually appealing shape.

Can't digest anything from McDonald so it's a big NO for me. Last time I've got McNuggets I had diarrhea for three days. Try having sex when you got to run for the loo every 10 minutes. So fast food and my stomach doesn't work well. In fact in my case, because I have diabetes, any unbalanced meal will make me sick.

Those are the restaurants you'll never see me having a meal:

1. Murder King
   
2. McDonald -honestly Donald duck is a nice character why cook him
   
3. A&W, not found of fat bear food
   
4. Wendy's - that poor little girl ending up in your stomach
   
5. Taco bells - Real tacos ok, but those with bells in it no way
   
6. Kentucky Fried Chickens - just ewwww, I might as well drink my motor oil it will do the very same damage
