Naked cleaners (in South Africa)

I came across this report on YouTube, (you know how it is, you link up to something else etc... that's in the side bar and get educated and interested).
This one is in Spanish but the English is audible under the report...

This takes place in South Africa (in Cape Town apparently) but could happen elsewhere in the world.

Have you heard of this before?

Would you be ready to pay a house cleaner to do it naked (or the pool boy, for instance)?
