Remember that crazy Canadian guy named Luca who strangled kittens on webcam and turned out to be a murderer? Even as someone from the opposite side of the world, I never let that crazy dude's antics mar my image of Canadians in general.
I do understand where you're coming from, though. One can't help but feel disappointed when encountering something that you don't usually expect from a certain group of people, but don't let it get to you too much. Just a bad egg.
