Just want to see you launch your life and not get behind, tripped up or stuck because of fear.

Went through something similar with my 21 year old nephew some months back where he made a couple really stupid mistakes that almost landed him in jail. I spent a few months living with him, to help him out and work through his mess. He also did not have a car, I helped him out there as well.

Interestingly he is also from a very small town in TX not too far from you.
He recently graduated college and now has a very good career as a welder making $40k a year living in Dallas.

But he came pretty close in "failing to launch" his life because of fear....
