Welcome to NYC... the season for it is winding down but on Monday I participated in a meetup.com group for outdoorsy gay dudes ( as a newb I can't post a link but search the site for gay mens hiking group) .. we went to Fire Island which is a big summer destination for wealthier gay men and the boys who love them ;-) It was pretty deserted but we had a nice time walking on the beach and exploring the Sunken Forest. I know they have another event coming up on Nov. 1st.
