Eye wrinkles and dark eye circles

Does anyone know of any tip on how to remove eye wrinkles and dark eye circles?

I'm looking more and more like a zombie.

If I remember correctly, iron deficiency can be a cause. Sinus infections can be another cause. I know many cosmetologists will hydrate the skin around your eyes with a slice of cucumber. I'm not sure if this works, but if not its a lovely snack.

Black eyes/eye circles are a symptom. Figure out what is causing them then you can work on the problem, not the symptom.

Pull your skin back so that it's tight again and hold it all together with a clothes pin on the back of your head lol I'm horrible...

I would suggest exfoliating and moisturizing. Also, fish oil, lemon and garlic are all supposed to be good for your skin.

And I think the cucumber thing works, like putting cucumber slices under your eyes. Worth a try.

I have sort of the same problem and I went to the doctor with it when I was younger (because everything health related is free in Denmark). I was told that I was "low on iron" and that I have to eat more meat - well, he told me that because of both my weight and my iron capacity that I have to eat meat every single day.
If it helps? Well, maybe it helps for some people? Maybe it would help if I actually did eat meat every single day
