Even if you were a multi billionaire, would you buy this, $2,500,000 on your wrist? To my eyes it's not particularly beautiful, too OTT, but then I'm a minimalist and the less on a watch, the better. After all, it's only to tell the time.

If the man of my dreams buys it for me, yes I will wear it.... begrudgingly, but if he is willing to toss a bit of pocket change around for a small trinket, I will do my best to show gratitude.

Watches can be very expensive. The detail they put in them. The size of the gears and other parts inside that make it work can be very small and difficult to put together. They probably do it all by hand. And the materials must be high end.
No, I would not buy that watch. I would constantly be scared of hit it against the wall and scratching it.
