Amazing recipe: Stroganoff / Romanov

This is what regular stroganoff looks like:



A very simple dish, basically it's just beef cooked in cream and butter.

I just prepared it for dinner, did a couple of changes and the final result was spectacular:

a) I used cream + 3 types of cheese (I'm not sure if you can find this in your local supermarket) instead of plain cream

b) Added green peas for substance, color and taste

c) Lots and lots of parsley

It is wonderful and no longer tastes like your traditional stroganoff, so I decided to call it Romanov - a tribute to the late Russian tsar.
