Help with Avatar User Title

Well this is embarrassing...I had thought to countdown the days until Christmas with my Changeable User Title...except that I realize that I can't find where I can keep changing it.

Which menu has this item listed?

user cp --> edit your details -->ctrl + F "Custom User Title"
