I guess I can't really give much advice about telling girls that you like both. Most girls that I know of get a bit confused about it. I guess if you want to tell her then first test out the water and see what she thinks in general before you go head first.

as for your girlfriend.....in my opinion, that depends on the relationship. If she thinks you two are monogamous, then you need to tell her.

If you are in an open relationship, and that's what she agreed to, then there's no harm.
